My background in professional sports over the past 20 years has given me a unique understanding of the human body and how it responds to movement, stress, and recovery. Through years of working with physical therapists, doctors, and massage specialists while competing in multiple sports, I developed a deep awareness of what the body needs to heal and perform at its best. Over time, this experience sharpened my intuition — allowing me to sense where tension lives and where the...More body is asking for attention.

My approach is both technical and intuitive. I combine the knowledge gained from high-level athletic training with a refined sensitivity to touch, focusing on restoring balance, releasing stored tension, and encouraging the body’s natural ability to recover. Each session is guided by presence and awareness, creating a personalized experience that responds to your body in the moment.
