Massage Arts by Troy

This was my third time seeing Troy, and I figured it was time to finally leave a review. Consistency is very important to me, and after this last visit, I can confidently say my great experiences weren’t just a fluke — Troy truly knows what he’s doing.

From the very first text, he was responsive, professional, and friendly. He provided detailed information about himself, his technique, scheduling, and costs. I wasn’t in a rush for a same-day appointment, and he offered several options for days and times. We settled on a 90-minute session, and he promptly confirmed via text.

His studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. He met me at the door and welcomed me in. The space was immaculate and gave off a high-end spa vibe — calming, clean, and beautifully set up. He showed me to the massage table, then gave me a moment alone to get ready. Soft, calming music played in the background, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.

Before beginning, Troy spent a few moments discussing any problem areas or questions I had. I’m in my fifties, and my well-used, somewhat broken-down body is definitely a challenge for even seasoned massage therapists. But Troy handled it with skill and care, using a blend of Swedish massage, targeted deep tissue, and stretching.

He checked in from time to time but otherwise worked in quiet, which I appreciated — it made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I sit a lot for work, so my hips, lower back, and shoulders are always tight. His stretching was gentle yet very effective. He finished the session with hot towels and gave me plenty of time to get dressed afterward.

Without a doubt, this was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time.

You can expect the best massage of your life with Troy. I've had many massages, and none compared with the experience with Troy. From easy scheduling, easy access, a calm, peaceful environment, to a kind and caring person, to an amazing relaxed feeling from the massage - all are unsurpassed. I work out a lot and so muscles are often tight. Troy does magic to release that making you feel so much better from the massage. He seems to have a sixth sense knowing where to focus and what pressure is best. He is patient and attentive the entire time. I have become a regular because it is so worth the time, money and experience. Troy is an excellent, professional, and very caring therapist. Seek him out!

I just had a great massage with Troy. He was very accommodating with my crazy schedule. He was very meticulous with positioning my body for maximum detail for my massage. The pressure varied from medium to heavy depending on the area he was working on. I highly recommend him and look forward to seeing him again whenever I am in the area.
