Hi, I’m Rios, a board-certified and Illinois-licensed massage therapist with more than seven years of hands-on experience. I provide professional massage therapy tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, relieve stress, or simply relax, each session is designed around your goals.

My training includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. Before every session, we’ll discuss your health history, areas of concern, and treatment...More goals. This allows me to customize your massage using techniques that best support your comfort and well-being.
