Greetings!

I offer a 4-step wellness protocol which mitigates the effects of environmental toxicity, and resultant inflammation. It includes Red Light Therapy, Kenbiki Therapy, Horripilation, and therapeutic massage.

Red Light Therapy (photobiomodulation), particularly near infrared, promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and induces analgesia.

Kenbiki (jostling) addresses twisting and misalignment of tendons and muscles, and fillips them into optimal positions. It adjusts nerve lines and improves blood circulation.

Horripilation (knismesis) is the “standing on end” of hairs due to the involuntary...More contraction of the small muscles at the base of hair follicles. This light, feather-like touch induces goosebumps, and promotes an autonomic nervous system response.

I’m a 2004 graduate of the Swedish Institute in Manhattan, and licensed to practice in the State of New York. I work on a professional massage table, using jojoba and C-60 oil, a powerful antioxidant which protects and repairs skin from oxidative stress and damage caused by exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation. My office is a quiet, private, and comfortable space, convenient to major subway lines. Filtered water, private bathroom and shower facilities are also available.
