We start with a real conversation. I want to know where you’re carrying tension, what’s been weighing on you, what “relief” would actually feel like. From there, I build a session just for you — sometimes deep and focused, sometimes slow and restorative, always tailored to what your body’s asking for that day.

Jamar is the real deal!! 10 stars out 5!! He's very patient. His massage technique have to be studied, he provide the right amount pressure and tension to all the muscle groups!!
