As a New York City–based massage therapist and Artist, I am devoted to creating a space where you can arrive exactly as you are and feel safe, seen, and supported. I work throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, State Island, New Jersey, Virginia and Miami and also offer mobile sessions to just about anyone on the planet, bringing care directly to you for added ease and comfort.

My approach to bodywork is shaped by my years as a professional dancer and movement educator. This experience gives me a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and holds tension. I bring that awareness into each session, blending technical precision with intuitive care.

I offer Swedish massage for relaxation, deep tissue work for tension, mobility-based stretching, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re managing stress, recovering from activity, or simply making time to rest.
