As a New York City–based massage therapist and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to creating a space where every person feels safe, affirmed, and genuinely welcomed. My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone—regardless of identity, background, or life experience—deserves compassionate, respectful care and the opportunity to reconnect with their body in a supportive environment.

My approach to bodywork is strongly influenced by my years as a professional dancer and movement educator. I bring that embodied awareness into every session, allowing me to work with both technical precision and intuitive sensitivity.

I offer Swedish massage for deep relaxation, targeted deep tissue techniques for chronic tension, mobility-focused stretching, grounding aromatherapy, and reflexology to support overall wellness. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet your individual needs—whether you are addressing physical tightness, recovering from activity, managing stress, or simply seeking restorative time for yourself.
