As a New York City–based massage therapist and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m committed to creating a space where every person feels safe, affirmed, and welcome. My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone—regardless of identity, background, or experience—deserves compassionate, respectful care.
My approach to bodywork is shaped by my years as a professional dancer and movement educator. That history gives me a unique perspective on how the body works: how it moves...More, how it compensates, where it stores stress, and how it finds ease again. I bring that embodied understanding into every session, allowing me to work with both precision and sensitivity.
I offer Swedish massage for relaxation, deep tissue techniques for chronic tension, mobility-focused stretching, grounding aromatherapy, and reflexology to support full-body wellness. Each session is customized to meet your individual needs—whether you're dealing with tightness, recovering from activity, managing stress, or simply looking for restorative time for yourself.
