Just like the other post says, run don't walk. Tony was awesome. He could've used more pressure, but I was so relaxed I didn't care I wasn't getting a deep tissue massage. It was so good I have a 2nd appointment with Tony scheduled.

The massage was very soothing and was quite therapeutic coming in after a workout. Tony paid close attention to problematic areas (past injuries) and provided soothing pressure to needed muscle groups that were sore from previous workouts.
