I recently visited Paul for a massage specifically to address my sciatica pain, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was serene and welcoming and I knew I found something special.
During the session, I experienced a combination of deep tissue and trigger point therapy that focused on my lower back, hips, and legs. Paul’s skillful hands worked through knots and tension that I didn't even realize I had. I felt immediate relief as Paul applied pressure to specific points along the sciatic nerve route.
What stood out to me was the emphasis on not just temporary relief but also educating me about stretches and postures to incorporate into my daily routine. By the end of the session, the heaviness in my legs had diminished significantly, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I highly recommend Paul to anyone suffering from sciatica. The combination of expertise, personalized care, and a holistic approach made this an exceptional experience. I plan to return regularly to maintain my relief and continue with Paul.

The BEST professional, therapeutic massage ever. I am new to using the site and was hesitant/skeptical. I have medical issues which massage helps with and which a professional massage has been able to help with in the past.
