Peter is by far the best massage therapist I’ve worked with over the last 12-15 years, and this review is coming from someone that receives massages weekly or biweekly for the most part.
His ability to quickly and easily find trigger points, coupled with his knowledge in understanding how a combination of differing massage techniques and modalities come together to create a comprehensive treatment plan, are unmatched by many others. He regularly asks if pressure or styles of massage should be changed up, but even better, he is regularly suggesting techniques I’m unfamiliar with, that always result in even greater pain relief for sore and stressed muscles. He can easily navigate between very deep pressure to a calming and relaxing pressure, based on what he either senses or what I state at the beginning of each session in terms of goals.
It’s rare to find a massage therapist that is naturally this great, but also classically trained. Peter’s commitment to his work and commitment to keep quality massages affordable to the greater Treasure Valley is admirable.

I’m so grateful to have found Peter. I first met him for massage treatments and I was surprised to find that, after decades of getting massages, he is the first practitioner that my body doesn’t resist in any way. His massages are deep and effective but not at all painful.

Then I discovered he’s a ND skilled in many healing arts, which is likely why his massage is so effective as there is a wealth of body wisdom he brings to it. We began working with APN (Applied Psycho Neurobiology) and after only 2 sessions I’m noticing a big difference in my energy level and quieting that pesky inner voice that has been trying to derail me for years.

Now we’re also focused on detox and supplements to boost my vitality and health. He’s also guiding me in nutrition, exercise, and EMF protection. With Peter’s well-rounded approach to health including nutrition, fitness, detox, supplements, and even emotional healing, I consider him my primary physician.

With his guidance, as a talented and skilled ND, I hope to never need to visit an MD again. On top of all this, he is genuinely a good human being with a big heart and a refreshing sense of humor.
