Massage Therapy by Kris

Kris is an excellent massage therapist. I got a deep tissue massage, and it was the best I’ve had so far … hands down. He applies just the right amount of pressure so that you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated without being sore for days. Kris is both professional and well trained, and he’s a good conversationalist too. I felt 100% at ease and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a massage. Check out this hidden gem next time you are in Plano and in need of some stress relief. I promise you … you will not regret it!

I really experienced the very best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I am a swimmer and continually try to improve. Kris really managed to loosen my back up with high expertise. He is incredibly talented, and has learned his trade quite well. I would definitely be a regular if I were in the area more often. If you have the endurance and the trust, to allow him to exercise his skills , you will absolutely benefit in ways you just can’t believe. It was totally amazing.

Excellent teacher and massage therapist. I have tried the orthopedic and physical therapy route with little success as they treated symptoms. Kris educated me on how my body works, causes of my symptoms, and provided a plan of attack. I've had one massage and I'm already have found relief. I'm finally feeling like there is light ahead. I went to Kris for massage for a sore back. Walked out feeling like a new man. He listened as I explained my issues, told me what he would to do (and adjusted the pressure so it was relaxing) and got to work. I feel so much better today. This guy has wicked good energy in his hands! Highly recommend.
