Mindful SLOW massage. I coach you on breath work throughout. Can go one hour but preferably you can give me 90 -minutes or 2 hours. This is deep tissue on areas that need it/soothing on others. Be good to yourself bc you deserve it. Whether you choose me or another masseur, you've taken a good first step in being kinder & more caring of YOU. Remember, self-care is not selfish.
