Overview
Mindful SLOW massage. I coach you on breath work throughout. The 90-minute or 2 hour massage time gives me a chance to thoroughly & completely touch you w no rush. This is deep tissue on areas that need it/soothing on others. This trip i didn't bring my table so we'll find another spot for you to relax. Be good to yourself bc you deserve it. Whether you choose me or another masseur, you've taken a good first step in being kinder & more caring of YOU. Remember, self-care is not selfish. Be good to YOU.
