Let my massage get you out of your head, and into the bliss of feeling great about your body.
I believe massage creates vitality; a pathway to having energy, being vigorous, active, and creative. If you have lower back pain I offer glute and hip flexor massage that reduces tension and stress all through the pelvic region - release for the back, hamstrings and quads.
If you're looking... to refresh, recharge, and improve the vitality of body, or your creative endeavors, a massage is such a pathway.

I have been trained in traditional Swedish massage, and have 3 years in Japan and Thailand learning Asian touch techniques- deep pressure, and sports, are all massage techniques that I offer in my practice. Enjoy a customized massage that fits your needs today. I want to thank for all the my LGBTQ+ clients for their support. My practice is always open to inclusivity to all including, gender, race, body type or sexuality.

Ahh such expertise with the smaller muscles of the lower pelvic region. Right away there was a huge release of stress/soreness in my glutes and hamstrings. Such a wonderful caring touch. I have become a regular. I love Jay’s massage, energy, and knowledge of the male body.
