Let my massage get you out of your head, and into the bliss of feeling great about your body.
I believe massage creates vitality; a pathway to having energy, being vigorous, active, and creative. If you have lower back pain I offer glute and hip flexor massage that reduces tension and stress all through the pelvic region - release for the back, hamstrings and quads.
If you're looking to... refresh, recharge, and improve the vitality of body, or your creative endeavors, a massage is such a pathway.

I have been trained in traditional Swedish massage, but have 3 years in Japan and Thailand learning Asian touch techniques- deep pressure, and sports, are all massage techniques that I offer in my practice. Enjoy a customized massage that fits your needs today.
