Your session will be designed based on your request and may incorporate swedish, sports massage, medium/deep tissue and/or stretching allowing for meditative breathing.
Even after twenty years of massage experience, my goal is to keep the routine fresh and ever-changing with the results being your complete renewal of spirit.
