Before I became a massage therapist, I trained as a NASM personal trainer, which allowed me to be in tune with all muscle areas of the body. I provide massages that focus on the individual and their overall wellness. My years of experience have helped me refine my skills as a massage therapist.
A combination of good hand dexterity and other gifted traits in deep tissue, movement, Swedish and relaxation therapy.

i am in my 40's and have had pain in my left leg and left side for almost a year. Jimmy was able to trace the pain to a muscle deep inside my body (left psoas) and used a combination of stretching, breathing, and deep touch to relieve the tension. Immediately after the massage, I was able to put weight on my left leg without discomfort and my gait is no longer unbalanced! Since that massage, my exercise has improved dramatically, I am finally getting a good night's sleep again, and I feel refreshed. Thank you, Jimmy!
