Come back to your body with a yogic massage! During our session at my space in San Francisco, you’ll receive the kind of healing touch that will reconnect you to the wild wonder of your body. Once you drop in, we will work together to unbind your tight spots and bring your body rhythms back into harmony. My expression of bodywork is informed by more than a decade of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness meditation, and other somatic techniques like yoga nidra.

A signature session with me incorporates Thai yoga massage techniques whether we are working traditionally, on a floor mat, or non-traditionally -- practicing "table Thai." Thai yoga massage weaves together acupressure and yoga-like stretching. I use gravity and my body weight to melt away adhesions in your tissues.

I am a proud queer man and I love to work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, body types and movement abilities. It brings me joy to share my healing work with the LGBTQ+ community. I also love to work with other endurance athletes like runners, cyclists and triathletes that share my passions.
