My experience with Heiko at Nourishing Hands Massage was top tier. He took great care beforehand to prepare for my physical needs, considering my arthritis and back issues. The location was easy to find with good parking. Heiko was very professional, super nice, and confirmed all the intake form questions. The massage itself was fantastic; I felt much better afterward. He also took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure. I highly recommend Heiko!

I booked a therapeutic massage with Heiko Pinero and would highly recommend this massage to anyone dealing with any kind of muscular pain, especially those who are athletic. I myself practice and train Muay Thai 5 days a week and deal with a lot of muscular pain and soreness.
He was very attentive to my body’s needs and worked through all of the lower back and shoulder pains from repetitive use of Jabs in my sport. My hamstrings and glutes were also heavily sore and he easily relieved the tightness. The overall experience had me feeling 10 pounds lighter.

Best massage I’ve ever had! Heiko really listens to your needs and how you want your massage done. He has a great understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy which allows him to effectively focus on trouble areas. My pain level went from 9/10 to 1/10 after a 90 minute session. Highly recommend!!
