Hello!
I’m Jay, a body worker and dance artist based in Park Slope, Brooklyn. My massage practice blends together Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, Myofascial release therapy and Thai stretching. I’ve received over 1000 hours of applicable training from universities and massage school’s. I have 6 years of profession experience, working at Spa’s, Clinics and now at my own home practice.
My intuitive practice is built on my passion for movement and embodied connection. I am committed giving each client a comprehensive and quality therapeutic massage. I ask only that you meet me with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Please contact me only if you’re looking for a real therapeutic session. I offer nothing more.

Jay’s amazing bodywork has restored my faith in the healing power of massage therapy. Yesterday, he gave me a sublime two hour session; the best I have had in years. I am a trained massage therapist, and was in private practice for over 25 years. I have received hundreds of massages: some great, some terrible, most mediocre. Jay is in that rare group of truly exceptional healers. Within seconds of being on his table, I knew I was in excellent hands.
His work was thorough, focused, clearly informed by extensive training. But the experience was more than just physically healing. His obvious technical skill was paired with a deeply nurturing, caring touch that left me calmer, and more connected to spirit. His kindness was evident from the moment I entered his spotless apartment. I can’t wait to have him work on me again!
