Overview

I offer therapeutic bodywork for people who want more than a routine massage. With more than 16 years of experience, I work with clients navigating persistent tension, physical stress, demanding schedules, recovery, or periods when the body feels overloaded and needs deeper attention.

Every session is individualized. I combine therapeutic massage, deep-tissue techniques, assisted stretching, and attentive intuitive bodywork to address patterns of tension while supporting relaxation, mobility, and a greater sense of ease in the body.
