I am a true believer massage therapy is key to restorative health and stress management. Most clients don’t realize how in need they are for body work until they receive it. For therapists, our training covers all the basic elements and techniques, it’s the application and personal style that differentiates us. I recommend trying all types and see what is the most effective for you. I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point and Swedish techniques and do my best to deliver the best possible experience for all of my clients.
