Overview

I believe massage therapy to be a collaborative effort, with great communication. I know what I know, but you have a lifetime of knowledge on your needs, body traumas, and massage techniques that have worked for you.

My intentions are always to create a space to calm the mind and body, and provide techniques or exercises that can help extend the calm well beyond the table.

I have 6 years of experience in massage across a variety of modalities, and... 2 years of personal training experience with additional training as a corrective exercise specialist. As a professional dancer who dealt with chronic pain, I have also experienced the power of bodywork in my own life. So let's relax and unwind together.

I look forward to sharing with you, the power and the benefits of a great massage.
