Michael was incredible! He was able to get rid of my migraine and back pain in one session! He was so cordial and professional, made me feel at ease and checked in with me throughout my massage to make sure the pressure was correct. 100% recommended! I have been getting massages for about twenty years, and tend to stick with someone once I connect, often for years. Because my former therapist is no longer in practice, I had to seek out someone new which can always be harrowing. After one session with Michael, I know I have found my new guy. I had a therapeutic deep tissue massage for two hours, and it was on par with some of the best I have had over the years! I booked about a week in advance, and Michael was a great communicator on the front end regarding the scheduling, logistics and details, as well as setting expectations and providing clarity. The morning of the massage I got a final confirmation, too. That afternoon Michael was on time, ready to go, and really listened once we were in person. I have had some really good deep tissue work over the years, which really helps my stress and addresses tension, and Michael was able to truly tune in, follow the energy, and then also check in verbally to ensure his read was right. He also did a significant amount of stretching throughout, which always helps. He finished on my back, neck and shoulders, as this is where I hold so much of the tension in my body. It was great, and I can't wait to see him again. I have already booked my next appointment!
