I base my massage in Deep Tissue massage. Very relaxing and therapeutic and can be done with Strong, Medium or Light pressure - the pressure level is up to you.
I am home based located in the heart of NYC near Lincoln Square.
Stress relief is the key to nave a good day.

No stress, I will apply light, medium, to heavy pressure to remove knots and increase your circulation to promote a healthier body.
You can expect to feel refreshed...More and rejuvenated after every session. I will make an effort to be in touch with your body, mind, and consciousness and hope to pass on these good vibes to you !!

By the time you leave my studio, your tight muscles will be loosened and your body and mind will feel more relaxed. I want to make sure I can release all the tension from your body.
