Hello! I have been doing massage work across the country for over a decade. I have over 720 credit hours of study under my belt, and thousands of hours of hands-on experience. I offer massage to athletes, weekend warriors, and to those that just need some time to relax and decompress. I am an avid runner and triathlete, and I also offer personal training programs for all levels and ages of athletes. I also work full time at a 9-5 job, so I understand the need for balance in your life. I believe massage helps towards that process.
