I offer professional therapeutic massage services to relax, rejuvenate, release tension and restore balance to the body. My goal is to facilitate the body's natural healing process.

My bodywork is well-suited for athletes to reach peak performance, increase flexibility and enhance recovery by lengthening and balancing muscle tissues. I also provide injury recovery, headache relief, back pain reduction and general relaxation to reduce stress and anxiety.
