My name is Jay. I am a licensed massage therapist and soon to be LMHC with 13 years of experience, based in Providence, RI. My approach to bodywork is rooted in the belief that massage is more than relaxation; it’s a vital practice of self-healing, empowerment, and transformation.
Each modality I offer, wether it be stress reduction/relaxation to more specific work (headaches, migraines, TMJ, back and neck pain, whiplash, post-concussion, sinus issues, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, insomnia, anxiety, stress...More, trauma recovery, depression, PTSD, developmental trauma, ADHD, sensory processing concerns, low energy, inflammation, and overall nervous system regulation) carries with it unique benefits for restoring balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Massage reconnects us with the power of touch, reminding us of our body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. Sessions are tailored to your goals, whether you’re addressing pain, stress, or seeking deeper alignment.
My studio offers a serene environment with aromatherapy and a heated memory foam vibroacoustic sound table. Street parking is available. I also provide mobile sessions within a one-hour radius.
