Are you looking for a therapeutic massage at the comfort of your home? My name is Gustavo ive been doing massage work and postural corrective exercise for 4+ years now.

After suffering from multiple knee, back and shoulder injuries I fell in love with getting people out of pain through massage, stretching and assessing how you move. I realized after years of going to the gym and doing traditional bodybuilding movements I only became more stiff over time and my...More knee, back and shoulder pain only got worse.

Today, that experience is at the forefront of my work. My goal is to help you move more efficiently, release tension, and truly relax during each session.

Whether you're looking for a massage only (Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or trigger point release) or a combination of movement assessment and stretching you can trust, I take a gentle yet efficient approach to each session.

I believe that more pressure or intensity doesn't always mean better results. Sometimes the body responds better to a thoughtful, balanced approach that allows you to relax while still addressing areas of tension and restriction.
