Overview
I have been trained in therapeutic and sports techniques. My massages begins with compression, kneading, rocking and stretching techniques to warm up your body and promote circulation. This helps me identify any areas that may need particular attentionIntuitively, I use my hands to aide in releasing all of the stressors from your body. As the massage progresses I use a combination of soft but deep and relaxing techniques. My touch will find all of your tension points that need release.
