This helps me identify any areas that may need particular attentionIntuitively, I use my hands to aide in releasing all of the stressors from your body. As the massage progresses I use a combination of soft but deep and relaxing techniques. My touch will find all of your tension points that need release. You'll feel relief and released afterwards.
