About me:
I've been a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist for over 10 years in Chicago and San Diego before moving to...More SLC. I've worked with athletes in training as well as spa and corporate settings.

My education at The Soma Institute in Chicago gave me a foundation to better understand clinical issues and how the body works in movement, with classes in Kinesiology, Physiology, Anatomy. This is important for injury recovery therapy.

So if you're looking to incorporate Massage Therapy into your training routine (you should!), or just want some relaxing body work, then I've got ya covered!

My work begins with input from you about your goals and issues. We come up with a plan but always allow time for any unplanned issues that may pop up during the session.
