Gee is a highly skilled massage therapist with a warm and welcoming energy. A genuine, down-to-earth gentleman. My stress and tension melted away under the care of his strong hands. I observed my breath slow down, each exhale carrying a sigh of relief as I became fully enveloped in the present moment. From the moment I walked into his studio, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. The ambiance he created was warm, inviting, and soothing, immediately putting me at ease. His massage technique was genuinely exceptional. Not only does he know how to massage but his intuition with my body was incredibly spot on. He knew exactly what I needed and where I needed it. The really cool thing about Gee was how warm his hands got which is attributed to the flow of energy. I felt this energy flowing from him to me and from me to him. That is a very rare quality to find in a person. The pressure was just right, and he was able to expertly target the areas where I was experiencing tension and pain. I appreciated his attention to detail and the way he checked in with me throughout the session to ensure that I was comfortable. But what really stood out to me was his professionalism and communication skills. The one other thing I would like to mention is I’m not a guy with a perfect body and I have always been slightly self-conscious about it. He made me feel very comfortable, and I did not feel judged in any way. That meant the world to me. So, I strongly recommend this wonderfully talented and remarkably intuitive massage therapist. I've been searching for a great massage therapist for a long time -- I've finally found one! Gee's style is just the right blend of therapy and nurture. He was able to deliver the pressure I like and work out all the knots. At the same time, it was the most relaxing and soothing session I've ever had!

Gee is very intuitive, and was able to deliver exactly what I needed. It was a mix of everything, ranging from strong pressure to light touch, fast motions to very slow ones — unlike anything I’ve experienced before. He is kind, open-minded and very devoted to his practice. Also, his place is ridiculously clean and welcoming, which was particularly reassuring. Gee is worth every penny. Gee gave me the absolute best massage I have ever had. His energy and spirit were healing and the level of sincerity was an incredibly validating and professional. Gee was sensitive to my energy and instinctively knew what to do. I have a high anxiety & extremely stressful job that can suck the joy out of my life when I am overwhelmed and not balancing it well but somehow Gee was able to relax me in a way I have never experienced before. When you are wired the way I am, I don’t seem to have a turn off button. The technique was flawless and he was able to provide the deep tissue that I desire with an incredible finesse that I have never had the pleasure of experiencing before. I don’t know what I am going to do from now on because a massage with anyone else sounds so disappointing! I am incredibly sensitive to smells/oils and tell all my massage therapists no scents or aromas. Gee has the oil used sourced from one of my favorite parts of the world and I could tell was the real thing because I had no reaction to it! It was absolutely pure and natural. I didn’t have a headache, my skin didn’t turn red, i didn’t break out in hives, and I didn’t have to immediately shower to get whatever garbage was used on me like I have routinely had to do with whatever is put on my skin. Typically after a massage, I like to shower and I didn’t want to shower today because whatever Gee used was stimulating to my mind and allowed for focus and made me smile simply because it reminded me of him and what an incredible experience I had when he was taking such incredible care of my body and mind today. You can’t fake that level of sincerity. I will be back in DC soon for Gee’s incredible massage techniques! If you are hesitant, don’t be - He knows what he is doing and after 15 minutes you will be asking Gee for an additional 30 minutes. Gee was also super flexible and got me quickly, I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience.” 

Signed, stressed and anxious into relaxed and filled with peace

As someone with an international career, I regularly get massages, and I have had massages all over the world … .from world-class spas to authentic hammams, so it is not my style to “fan-boy” about massage therapists. But I will make an exception today. Two days ago, I found Gee. I was hesitant because of his reviews, I knew my chances of him fitting me in were slim to none. But I was particularly achy from having stepped up my game at the gym and since he was also located in the city, I gave Gee a try. After my first visit, just two days ago, I left feeling I had not just had the best massage ever; I had for perhaps the first time a genuine "massage experience". I knew Gee was the real deal, when contacting him, he asked questions about areas of my body that may be bothering me, areas I would like him to focus on more, etc. No other masseur has ever asked me questions prior to our meeting. I’m fortunate that I was able to get an appointment. Other comments have referred to how nice and genuine he is, how sincerely he approaches his clients, how he exudes wellness and how great they feel afterwards. But as I lay there today, my mind wandered to why this massage was so special. The reason is that, without fail, every stroke, every pressure, every stretch, every action in the massage seems to have a special purpose. You can feel it as he proceeds. Even the best massage therapists have a few strokes in 90 minutes that feel ineffective, or boring, or seem repetitive. This is not the case with Gee. Each element of the massage does something new. I asked myself, what kind of training must this guy have gotten, that he connects so well with the body? His home studio is extremely relaxing and welcoming, scented candles, aromatherapy, soft beautiful music, and and LED lighting. At the end of the massage, the pampering of hot towels from head to toe is on another level. I would urge anyone needing a massage experience as never before, to reach out to Gee. He is worth every penny and more!

One evening, while sitting on my couch, I quickly noticed sharp pains stretching from my lower back to my neck. Being new to DC, I instantly started searching for chiropractors, but unfortunately that was not successful. I then started to search for massage therapists nearby and Gee’s profile was the first one to populate. I read his profile along with his reviews from other clients and I immediately contacted him. I was not expecting a response so quickly but in the very beginning it was evident that Gee was soley interested in my well-being and what service he could provide me. Gee asked questions, he listened, and responded with various techniques he would be able to perform to alleviate the tension I was experiencing. He was able to get me on his schedule the next day after his last client. Surprisingly, I woke up the morning before my evening session and Gee went above and beyond to ask how I was feeling. Still tight from muscle tension, Gee showed empathy and displayed passion for the work he does. When I arrived, I felt safe and in good hands. Gee’s pictures are real and up to date and his massage studio is very clean, soothing, warm, and welcoming. Before my massage session started, Gee made all efforts to introduce himself and sparked small conversation. When I was getting ready for my massage, Gee came in and got right to work. I appreciated him checking in asking where the pain was and if he needed to increase or decrease pressure. His hands are magic. His strength is strong. Gee’s massage was done with integrity, professionalism, passion, and client-focused. When I woke up the next morning, I was tender from the massage but the pain and tension dissipated overnight. And the best of all? Gee checked-in on how I was doing and if there was anything else he could do to solve the issue. I’m so glad I didn’t search further, because Gee is the one for all your massage therapy needs. Since my initial massage, I have now become a regular client of Gee’s and I’m so thankful for his passion and dedication in the work he brought to my mind, body, and soul.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 20 years and very picky about being worked on myself. Gee came highly recommended, so I went to him last week. I was impressed by every aspect of Gee’s massage and of the therapist himself.

His moves were smooth, clean and confident, his technique is seasoned and his touch was nuanced and fully connected.

I saw Gee’s profile and I was very hesitant to even text or email because I am a very private person. I took a chance and booked any appointment. When I got there he opened the gated door and from that point forward I felt safe.

I had such a great experience with Gee’s massage yesterday. And I feel 100% better today! My lower back and hips were so tight I couldn't stay seated for very long at work, but today I have almost no pain.
I have never had a masseur work so precisely on the parts that really needed it in my lower back, spinal column, hips and inner thighs as Gee did. By the time we finished the 90 minute massage session I felt like I had released all of the tension in my lower back as well as my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend you schedule a massage with Gee I’ve already scheduled my next session!

Gee’s massage skills are first class! He clearly knows a lot about the human body and cares deeply about what he is doing. I felt like he was really in tune with what was bothering me and did his best to alleviate any issues I was having. His touch was absolutely magical. Tank – One word “Amazing”

I live in Philly and I was looking on this website and happen to look at Tank’s profile. All the reviews were great and I wanted to have that same experience. I reached out to Tank to setup an appointment. Tank was willing to accommodate me traveling from three states over for a massage … When I entered his massage studio it was very immaculate. Tank made sure I was comfortable and kept me at ease, he also asked if I needed anything and asked all questions that related getting a great massage. The fact that he’s professionally trained and certified was even better. Now let’s get to the massage. When I tell you that it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Every so often Tank asked if the pressure was ok and if I needed anything during the massage. Tank’s massage talents exceeded my expectations for a massage and worth every dime. Tank was well worth the drive to Washington DC for a massage and will be going back soon. If you are in DC or traveling to DC, Tank runs rings around any other DC (and Philly for that matter) Masseur.

I instantly felt at ease with Tank and appreciated his attentiveness when I arrived. He checked in with me during the massage to see if the pressure was good and if he needed to adjust. As someone who lifts weights, it was nice to have a masseur who could address my sore muscles. Tank definitely gets the concept of a deep tissue massage.
