I offer deeply relaxing and rejuvenating bodywork, informed by extensive training and a naturally empathic approach to the world. I've been working in this field and specifically with the LGBTQ+ for over a decade. Simply put: I care about your health and want to help you feel more comfortable in your body.

Sessions incorporate a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, as well as breathing and stretching techniques borrowed from years of advanced yoga study. Our time together...More will begin with a conversation about your needs, both chronic and acute, and how we might address them. From there, my style is slow, gradual and deep, emphasizing wellness through a gentle-but-firm physicality. You'll get off the table feeling at once relaxed and energized, more at ease in your body and balanced as a whole.
