I provide an integrative approach to your massage session with modalities of light and medium Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial, Sports massage, stretching, and Medical massage.
Massages are performed on a heated, memory foam topped massage table. The warm studio space has dim lights, soft music, and essential oils aromatherapy to enhance the experience.

I have seen Craig over 6 times. His hands are the best and the attention to my feet as a dance teacher are a gift and really appreciated. Don't wait to get on Craig's table and let him do his magic. The hot towel wipe down at the end is the perfect closing to an awesome massage.

It was one of the best massages I have ever had! Craig is an outstanding massage therapist. He is a true professional and he made each step of the process easy and less stressful. Scheduling was easy. He told me what he was doing and why. He has some amazing hands and he made sure he addressed every area that I had a concern with. it was a true experience.
