I provide an integrative approach to your massage session with modalities of light and medium Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial, Sports massage, stretching, and Medical massage.
Massages are performed on a heated, memory foam topped massage table. The warm studio space has dim lights, soft music, and essential oils aromatherapy to enhance the experience.

It was one of the best massages I have ever had! Craig is an outstanding massage therapist. He is a true professional and he made each step of the process easy and less stressful.
