I was in Manhattan for a few days from the Midwest and found Michael at the end of the trip after several miles of walking. I told him I thought it might have been the best massage I ever received. He has performed in the ballet and undoubtedly knows every muscle and ligament and addresses each and every one of them. All the time, he is engaging and his place is clean with his top-notch massage school certificates in plain view. There was nothing about my visit that left me in anyway disappointed. Michael is the complete package.'

I have been using Mike for years now, here are a few things that I believe set him apart from other massage therapists.

First of all, he's the real deal. He's licensed in New York state and a graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC. Both of which are easily verified. Not some school from halfway around the world that you've never heard of and can't check up on.

More importantly he's talented. Genuinely talented. I always leave his place feeling about 5 inches taller than when I walked in. His work is deep and focused. He knows what muscles he's working on and why he's working them. He checks in with you frequently to make sure the amount of pressure is appropriate for you. Also, he incorporates a lot of really great stretches into his routines.

Lastly, he is extremely professional and accommodating. His place it's always scrupulously clean and the stage is set with inviting lighting and soothing classical music softly playing. So, if you're looking for something that is way above average I recommend trying him out.
