Hi, I'm David. I am a certified massage therapist and personal trainer.

I have over 10 years of professional massage and bodywork experience, specializing in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, and targeted therapeutic work.

My approach is detailed, intuitive, and results-focused. Every session is customized to what your body actually needs—whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, soreness from training, restricted movement, or simply need a serious full-body reset.
