Hello I am certified in Structural Integration/Rolfing. I am based in the Hudson Valley. My studio located in Livingston, NY. LGBTQ friendly.
My background is in dance, performance and sports. I believe deeply in the power of body work to help us live better lives, especially given how compartmentalized and disembodied our world can be. My practice is a combination of different techniques: thai, deep tissue, structural integration, yoga, dance, calisthenics, voice dialogue.

Great massage from Tate! He was responsive and flexible when I had to change my plans. The massage was wonderfully relaxing, and I really liked his technique, including when he has me stand for some additional stretching, and leaning into him. There was a kindness and tenderness to his touch as well, which was lovely. I highly recommend him, and will see him next time I'm back in San Francisco.

It is rare when you find a masseur who is talented in his technique, enjoys what he is doing and is a quality person at the same time. On every level this was the best massage I have had in many years. I get massages weekly, and have had some excellent experiences, but Tate is amazing. I highly recommend him.

Tatem is AWESOME! One of the best massages I've ever gotten. A perfect combination of massage and stretching. Great pressure. The stretching increased the effectiveness of the entire massage.
