I’ve been working as a massage therapist for over 20 years. My journey began with my first workshops at Esalen in Big Sur, California, in 2004. From there, I continued my training and studies at the Swedish Institute in New York. For 8 years, I practiced sports massage therapy and Californian deep tissue before returning to Europe.

The Californian massage blends traditional techniques from around the world, creating a sense of relaxation and well-being. It includes fluid, continuous, enveloping movements, long strokes, kneading, and sliding that can reach deep into the tissue. Sometimes, warm stones and heated pads are incorporated.

I use organic vegetable oils, essential oils, and natural creams tailored to your needs. Additionally, I offer deeper sports massage to relieve sore muscles, flush out toxins, and stimulate the lymphatic system and blood flow.
