Everything from the sage burning to the aromatherapy...and even the music brought so much calm when I most needed it. Conversation was light and easy. The massage was amazing! Truly a mental/emotional/physical experience. I was nervous not knowing exactly what I was in for. The tools used to create sounds and atmosphere invoked a clear thought path for figuring out what I needed to move forward in my journey along with the words spoken. I am very grateful I went and feel like healing and strength are what I received.
