Hi, I’m Fred—a professional massage therapist proudly serving the Monterey area since 2013. My private studio is conveniently located just off Highway 68, about ten minutes from Monterey and thirty minutes from Salinas.

I offer client-centered, inclusive massage therapy tailored for men of all backgrounds, body types, and orientations—because everyone deserves skilled, respectful bodywork. Each session is customized to your needs, whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, deep tissue work, sports massage with assisted stretching, or focused relief for tight and... knotted muscles.

My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where your comfort, privacy, and overall well-being are always the priority.

For added peace of mind, I’m fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and monkeypox. Texting is the quickest way to reach me, though I’m happy to return calls upon request. Hours are flexible, and while advance booking is recommended, same-day appointments may be available.

I booked a session with Fred at the last minute when I was visiting Monterey. He replied promptly and was able to accommodate me. The place is clean. His massage is top notch - the pressure is consistent and even. Strokes are flowing and rhythmic. He also regularly checked in on me to see how I was doing. All of these made for a very relaxing session. I left his place feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely book him again when I visit Monterey!

I have been a client of Fred since 2018, and every experience has been more than professional. He has been accommodating on every occasion in terms of my availability, as my work often dictates it. In almost every case, when I finally get to see him in the office, has the talent to identify what type of bodywork needs working on seems rather unique was he seems to find those problematic parts of my shoulders, neck, and back need work on and seems to do it seamlessly. I highly recommend Fred if you can find time to see him.
