Overview

I love removing tension and stress by massaging the entire body including the face, hands, feet and chest. Every massage is tailored to you and how your body is responding. I also perform stretching movements to help you with areas in the lower back and shoulders. Finally, a Turkish style body wash (using coconut oil) will leave you feeling clean and fresh as I remove our stress.

I combine acupressure, deep tissue, trigger point and some physical therapy techniques to... relax and open channels throughout the body.

My studio is located on a private two-acre tropical fruit orchard in the Redlands, near Homestead.

My sessions are between 1 to 2 hours and is not based on time.
