I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Arizona, Colorado, and New York, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance, a Certified Relax and Renew Trainer™, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Myofascial Release Practitioner in the John F.
