An exceptional tailored massage awaits you. I approach each experience as an art form. Fully present each movement, massage stroke is deliberate and intentioned. Massage, as a healing art at its most basic level, has the power to comfort, nurture, connect, and help make us aware of the world around us. I was fortunate at an early age to be taught that touch with guided intention can also bring about healing, transformation, and calm to the body, mind, and spirit.... I have had the opportunity to study at leading massage healing arts colleges in America and abroad. I have been mentored by extraordinary holistic, therapeutic, and spiritual teachers and continue to explore how touch through bodywork can be transformative.

My approach to holistic healing lies in the idea that balance has no fixed parameters but is a continually evolving state. Through body equilibrium, I use touch, energy, and breath to offset the everyday stress that encompasses our lives, achieving greater physical freedom and a sense of stillness within.

You give your movements a lot of care. Very present. Fluid. Caring. Gentle. But also firm and effective. I've had several massages with body weight. The first time anyone has used their knees the way you did — perfect amount of solid pressure and the traction up the back and hamstrings. Then up the middle of my adductors to my glutes. I I was blown away.
