I believe massage, as a healing art, has the ability to comfort, nurture, and reconnect to ourselves, and those around us. I have had the opportunity to study at leading massage healing arts colleges in America and abroad. I have been mentored by extraordinary holistic, therapeutic, and spiritual teachers and continue to explore how touch through bodywork can be transformative. During these unprecedented times, I take precautions to protect the well-being of clients and myself.

My approach to holistic healing lies in the idea that balance has no fixed parameters but is a continually evolving state. Through body equilibrium, I use touch, energy, and breath to offset the everyday stress that encompasses our lives, achieving greater physical freedom and a sense of stillness within.
