An integrative massage treatment is more than a massage. It is holistic approach to bodywork. Which includes treatment-oriented deep tissue techniques and deeply relaxing, soothing long strokes. It often includes constant stretching and energy balancing, Which leaves you with a deep sense of well being.

I completed six courses at the School of Soma Therapy.
500hr. of training. 25 years experience.

My massage is a combination of Swedish, sports, reflexology of the hands and feet, deep tissue, lymphatic...More massage and aroma therapy massage.
