I offer a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage. I structure your session based on what you like and ask for. Many people see me for deep tissue and focused muscle work, but I can work with a variety of pressure. I usually include assisted stretching (also a yoga teacher 🧘😁).
Complimentary Options: natural aromatherapy massage oils, myofascial cupping, assisted stretching, heated table, space heater, humidifier
