I hold a degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy. Over 9yrs experience working in Sports Massage. My treatments are designed to work in concert with your Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Chiro, and /Or your fitness coach.
Each treatment is customized to your specific need. LGBTQ+ friendly
I'm trained in Sports therapy, however I use different modalities including Swedish, Cupping, Stretching and DEEP Tissue coupled with meditation...all to help you leave refreshed and ready for your next evolution.
