Overview

Envision resolving a perplexing lifelong question through massage. People often arrive carrying unresolved angst - perhaps carried for a lifetime. By using naturally heated stones, the physical knots of the mind begin to unfold — the stones work on the body, and the question tends to loosen with touch.
A quiet garden studio enhances the magical desert energy that guides the work. As a certified spiritual life coach and hot stone massage therapist, I blend these gifts to create a... contemplative session with unique results.
Collaboratively, before the session, we determine the ideal style of bodywork. Deep tissue, sport, acupressure, mental and energy work — we build the session from that conversation rather than from a menu.
Each of the four natural elements is synergistically present to create a meditative foundation. Fire for candles, stones for the earth, sage to purify the air, and sun-drenched water to heat the stones. There is also a private hot tub with mountain views if you wish to soak before or after the session.

Went in a couple days ago and am feeling very good still! My neck and shoulder were way out of wack and I told him to not hold back. When I pay for a massage I want it to feel largely so great and relaxing that I doze off, have a few intense moments of those knots squirming and popping away-- and to then leave a noodle. Check check check.
He was extremely respectful and professional, nice to chat with and I'll be back!
