Massage can be very beneficial to your wellness, helps with increased circulation of blood and lymph, and (if applicable to you) does expedite the healing process (i.e. injury, exercise, etc.).

- medications (blood thinners, insulin, etc.)
- injuries/surgeries
- chronic tension/pain areas
- can avoid areas not wanting work on
- allergies? I use a lotion that's paraben free and organic

MASSAGE DETAILS ...
- I bring table, sheets, lotion, and music
- can you client supplied music if preferred
- compressions, gliding, and kneading on your tissues.
