All my techniques and modalities bring healing and soothing effects to the muscular and nervous systems through coordinated, synchronized motion in various intensities; light, medium, medium-deep, and deep tissue. Various oils used help moisturize the skin after the massage and also help relax the muscle tissues in pain and the neuromuscular system. Pressure points are indicators of tension, knots, injured tissue, and stress which are focused... on without fatigue using timed deep pressure and breathing therapy.
