Overview

With 17years of experience, I offer comprehensive massage therapy and coaching services. My journey began in Las Vegas working with dancers and acrobats from Cirque Du Soleil. I’ve called Seattle home for 10 years now, working with corporate professionals, weekend warriors, sports professionals, and performers.

I specialize in structurally integrative modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Injury Recovery, Flexibility Training, Myofascial Release, and CranioSacral Therapy. Additionally, I provide energy-based therapies such as Fire Cupping, Shiatsu, Thai, Acupressure, and... Lomi Lomi.

My approach is to integrate techniques from various modalities to create a personalized therapy plan tailored to each client’s needs. As an empath, I have honed my ability to sense physical, mental, and emotional areas of pain. This, combined with my extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology, allows me to determine the most effective course of therapy.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds; straight, bi, gay, non-binary, trans +. My aim is to provide a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone. Keeping front of mind all clients need for privacy and desired discretion.
