Overview

With 19 years of experience, I run Empath Bodywork, offering comprehensive massage therapy services. My journey began in Las Vegas, and for the past 9 years, Seattle has been my home base.

I specialize in Structurally Integrative modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Injury Recovery, Flexibility Training, Myofascial Release, and CranioSacral Therapy. Additionally, I provide energy-based therapies such as Fire Cupping, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Acupressure, and Lomi Lomi.

My approach is to integrate techniques from various modalities to create... a personalized therapy plan tailored to each client’s needs. As an empath, I have a natural ability to sense areas of tension and pain, which, combined with my extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology, allows me to determine the most effective course of therapy.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those who are straight, bi, gay, non-binary, or trans. My aim is to provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone.
