I have 15 years of experience as a healer running my private practice Empath Bodywork. Trained and started my practice in Las Vegas, but Seattle has been my home base for the past 7 years. I specialize in Structurally Integrative modalities ie Triggerpoint, Sports massage, injury recovery, flexibility training, myofascial release, and CranioSacral therapy. I also offer energy modalities including; Fire Cupping, Shiatsu, Thai massage, acupressure, and Lomi Lomi. As an empath I incorporate my natural ability to sense where tension and pain develops. As well as using my extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology to determine the course of therapy best suited for each client. I work with clients that have a variety of backgrounds, so weather you are straight, bi, gay, non-binary, or trans, I aim to create an environment comfortable for everyone.
